Take Care of You: It is pertinent that you nurture yourself so you are able to give to others. Physically and mentally.

Heal yourself internally so you can exist through life diffusing uplifting vibes and energy. Being a good person includes thinking nice things about others. Our energies are very telling. How we feel and what we think can be discovered by our energies and vibes.

Work on your reactions. It is important to regulate your emotions so that you can respond to inconveniences appropriately. Being a good person includes being kind and respectful even in the hardest moments. We all make mistakes, but we must learn from them and improve each day. We should learn how to respond without yelling, cursing, belittling, or harassing others.

Do good deeds. Good deeds are thoughtful and selfless gestures that improve others quality of life, or a moment in their day. It could be volunteering for a local organization. Providing resources for someone who asks. Holding the door for someone, using your manners, tipping well, or offering to help a neighbor when you see they could use it. The list continues.

Show gratitude. Say thank you. Tell others how much you appreciate them. Acknowledge what they’ve done for you. Anything someone does, from having a small conversation with you, to offering you a job is deserving of gratitude.

Reject Evil. This can be accomplished through positive prayer and manifestation. This is also accomplished through our actions. We must steer clear of evil entities. This includes bullying, worshiping evil beings, and participating in violence and harm.

Spend time around other good people. There’s a saying my family taught me; “Birds of a feather flock together”. If you surround yourself with good people, the activities you do and conversations you have, will often be uplifting.

Treat animals nicely. Animals are innocent creatures simply existing. If you see an uninvited animal in your house, try to capture them and bring them outside, rather than killing them. If you aren’t ready to love and care for a pet, don’t get one. If you are no longer willing or able to care for your pet, take them to a shelter rather than abandoning them. Don’t inflict pain and harm to animals unless absolutely necessary for your or your dependents survival.

Don’t commit major crimes. Do not commit theft, homicide, violent abuse, rape, or perjury.

Be honest, uphold integrity and take accountability. Do not lie to those you cherish. Do not lie to purposely tarnish someone’s reputation. Do not engage in drama. Do not abandon your children. When you make a mistake, take accountability, reflect and change your behavior.
