How to Love Yourself 
  • Mirror Magic : Look at yourself in the mirror and choose at least 3-5 things that you adore/love
    • Physical Trait 
    • Intellectual Trait 
    • Personality/ Interest Trait
    • Historical/ Ancestral Trait
  • Mirror Gratification: Tell the mirror how grateful you are to have these things 
  • Mirror Manifestations: Tell the mirror how happy you are to have the things you want to have
    • Speak about the things you want as if you already have them 
    • How will you feel? What will you do?
  • Mirror Implications: Express how you and your life improves daily, by the hour, and/or by the second. 
  • Engage in uplifting media
    • This will create your (For You Page) 
    • Scroll past drama 
    • Scroll past things that challenge your self love
    • Scroll past things that incite negativity or anger in you, don’t comment mean things. 
    • Identify what challenges your self love and watch educational videos on how to improve that aspect of yourself 
  • Only indulge in high frequency media: music, podcasts, movies,articles, art
    • Indulge in things that you want for your own life 
    • Choose happiness, love, laughter, excitement, nurturing and evolution 
  • High frequency intake: People,Places,Food
    • Spend time around people who cherish you 
    • Spend time around those you cherish 
    • Spend time in places that uplift your spirits 
    • Get some sunlight, fresh air and plant interaction
    • Eat foods that nurture your soul 
    • Eat foods that heal you 
    • Eat foods that power you 
  • Prioritize Physical Activity
    • Stretch your body 
    • Increase your mobility 
    • Safely challenge your muscles 
  • Avoid abusing drugs, alcohol and other vices
    • Find a way to enjoy life as you are 
    • Utilize Therapy, Counseling, Mentoring or other support services 
    • Think of who you want to be, who the best version of yourself is. 
    • Decide if you need to reduce your intake or refrain yourself 
  • Always speak kindly to and about yourself
    • Try to find the good in everyday 
    • Try to find a positive outcome in each situation
    • Encourage yourself 
    • Bless yourself 
    • Heal yourself
