- Identify what challenges your self love and watch educational videos on how to improve that aspect of yourself
- Only indulge in high frequency media: music, podcasts, movies,articles, art
- Indulge in things that you want for your own life
- Choose happiness, love, laughter, excitement, nurturing and evolution
- High frequency intake: People,Places,Food
- Spend time around people who cherish you
- Spend time around those you cherish
