How to Be Treated with Kindness

Whether it be friendships or romantic relationships, we all must master the art of finesse. If you have a profound understanding of your own worth it’ll be easier for you to reject all things unkind. You must believe you DESERVE kind treatment to recognize and receive it. 

There are some instances we cannot control. Anyone who is suffering from their own lack of self worth may try to upset others through unkind acts. Being able to recognize this maltreatment and pleasantly remove oneself from the situation is pertinent. 

Let’s begin.  

  • Send Out Kind Energy
    • We attract what we send out. We must be able to be wholesome. We all must truly care about the wellbeing of others.
  • Reject Desperation
    • It is very obvious when someone lacks self worth. It is essential for our own protection that we love ourselves more than we love others. When we love ourselves, we value ourselves. When we value ourselves, we enjoy our own company. If we can master these traits, we won’t tolerate maltreatment. We will keep our heads held high knowing we deserve to be wanted. Anyone who isn’t interested in us platonically or romantically is entitled to their choice. We won’t force anything.  
  • Date Yourself First
    • Dating ourselves first is essential. Dating ourselves first should teach us what we like and don’t like. When we date ourselves we should take care of ourselves as if we were trying to impress a lover. We should enhance our confidence in all areas: Intellectual, Physical, Social, Professional. We should be taking ourselves out on dates, and enjoying our own company. 
  • Love Yourself
  • Treat Yourself Kindly
    • Speak and think to yourself in an uplifting manner 
    • Fuel your body with healthy nutrients  
  • Ignore Those Who Try to Hurt You
    • Many of us know the all too familiar phrase hurt people hurt people. 
    • Many have also heard, Healed people heal people
    • Remember that others’ opinion of you does not define you. However, how you treat others certainly does. 
  • Walk Through Life as Though You Belong
    • You do belong ! The next 4 years in the United States may be a challenge. There are many confused individuals who think xenophobia and other human based phobias will solve their issues. They need to look within. Remember that there will ALWAYS be a community that cares about you. There will always be a community that welcomes you. Know that you are cherished and that you belong. 
  • Always Remember…
    • You are meant to be on earth because you have a soul purpose here 
    • You are majestic 
    • You are vibrant 
    • You radiate glorious things
    • You are enough, you do enough, you have what you need
    • The Angels, The Divine, and The Universe all  smile at every step you take that brings closer to your highest destiny 

With every inhale, welcome kindness into your life. With every exhale, release what does not serve you. With every breath, wish kindness upon the next being.
